The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity making a daily difference to the lives of people with cystic fibrosis (CF), and those who care for them. We invest in cutting-edge research, drive up standards of clinical care, offer support for everyone affected by cystic fibrosis, and campaign hard on the issue that matter.
Cystic fibrosis is chronically misunderstood, kills thousands worldwide and is carried unknowingly in the genes of millions. We’re here to beat it.
Putting people with CF at the centre of everything we do is key to helping us beat the condition for good, and doing this is a challenge that you’ll relish.

Supporting the Acting Director of Finance & Resources, and wider Senior Leadership Team, with information and analysis as requested, you will give support to colleagues in the wider Trust as needed, through financial analysis and advice.
With oversight and monitoring of the finance team, you will ensure processes are followed and issues identified and dealt with in a timely manner. Being highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills you will have a track record of working to tight deadlines.
This role will require hands-on technical capabilities and the ability to quickly assess and apply financial best practice. The successful candidate will need to act as both a technical lead and provide operational leadership to the team.
