Those with the condition face a daily battle to stay well, which includes an intensive daily burden of treatment from diagnosis and throughout life. The condition affects everyone differently and can limit life in a number of ways.
With experience of working in a supporter/customer facing role you aspire to offer an exceptional supporter experience and have an empathetic telephone manner. With excellent communication skills you will be able to compose your own correspondence and show excellent attention to detail. You will have proven, high quality database knowledge and good organisation skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines working under pressure.
