What is the Clinical Training Fellowship Programme?
The Clinical Training Fellowship Programme will provide specialist training in cystic fibrosis (CF) medicine, and aims to train the future leaders of specialist adult CF care.
The programme will also give Fellows the opportunity to embark on clinically-based research, service evaluation or quality-improvement projects, which will dovetail into their clinical training programmes.
The Trust's Clinical Training Fellowship Programme has sponsored dozens of physicians to invest their work in cystic fibrosis across many decades and many of the best and brightest leaders working in CF in the UK today have benefitted from this vital support.
All specialist adult CF centres are encouraged to apply and the deadline for applications is Thursday 4 January.
Application forms must be accompanied by:
- A letter of support from the Nominating Centre Director, including a description of the training opportunity.
- A personal statement from the applicant, describing the applicant’s motivation for a career in CF and answering the question: What will be the most significant difference in CF care in 2030?
Please download our application form and check the terms and conditions.
Candidates should be within two years (pre- or post-) of receiving a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT).
Candidates who do not meet this criterion, please contact email@example.com for further information, as your application may still be considered.
