Ben is an MD, a cartoonist for the New Yorker, and a lecturer at Columbia University. We met up with him at UK Cystic Fibrosis Conference (UKCFC) in 2016 to find out about the importance of storytelling in healthcare, and why it's vital to stop and think about the people you're working with, rather than just their condition or symptoms.
