Cystic Fibrosis Trust

Volunteer at the Trust

We have a long history of volunteer involvement.

Since forming in 1964, we have depended on volunteers in fundraising, lobbying, research and raising much needed awareness of cystic fibrosis across the UK. Now, more than ever, we need you.

Volunteering opportunities

We also have a number of internship opportunities available.

Why volunteer with us?

We aim for the highest standards of volunteer involvement, which is reflected in, our support and development we provide for all our volunteers. We are always looking to create new volunteer opportunities that are of benefit to volunteers as well as the organisation.

Some volunteer opportunities are right here in the office with us, and some can be carried out from home. Whatever you do, you’ll be making a huge contribution to our fight for a life unlimited for everyone with cystic fibrosis.

We have worked in partnership with Queen Mary University, providing fixed term volunteer placements for students. We have developed opportunities in finance/research/fundraising and our data registry. Due to the excellent experience provided by the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, we were the case study in the promotional video for the service.
