Clinical Training Fellowship Programme

Cystic Fibrosis Trust is calling for applications from adult specialist CF centres for a one-year grant of £85,000 to train an adult physician in the management of cystic fibrosis. The funding is provided for a post to be appointed to by the successful centre.

What is the Clinical Training Fellowship Programme?

This scheme provides specialist training in cystic fibrosis medicine and trains the future leaders of specialist adult CF care.

The programme also gives the successful Fellow the opportunity to embark on clinically-based research, service evaluation or quality-improvement projects, which will dovetail into their clinical training programmes.

The Trust’s Clinical Training Fellowship Programme has sponsored dozens of physicians to invest their work in cystic fibrosis across many decades and many of the best and brightest leaders working in CF in the UK today have benefitted from this vital support.
