Celebrating National Volunteer Week 2025

Blog -

Our volunteers help us improve lives affected by cystic fibrosis while gaining valuable experience through flexible roles. We'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who volunteers with us!

Since 1964, volunteers have been the heart and soul of our organisation, bringing invaluable time, knowledge, and expertise to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust community. We want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to every volunteer, past and present, who has helped us make a real difference in the lives of people affected by cystic fibrosis. Your dedication fuels everything we do, and we couldn’t do it without you!

Looking for a way to give back? We’re always excited to welcome new volunteers! Whether you prefer working from our office or remotely from home, or want to volunteer long-term, short-term, or just on an ad-hoc basis, there's something for everyone. From supporting fundraising events to helping with campaigns or office administration, whatever you do you'll be making a huge contribution towards a life unlimited for everyone living with cystic fibrosis.

  • get ongoing support and training to help you thrive
  • get experience of working in the charity sector
  • make a difference to everyone affected by CF

Do you want to make a difference? Keep an eye on our current volunteering opportunities. Plus, soon we’ll be looking for new Trustees who can offer their experience and expertise to help us achieve our vision – so keep an eye out!
