Just the ticket

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is delighted to announce the winners of the 2015 Christmas Raffle, which has raised more than £72,000 towards the fight for a life unlimited by cystic fibrosis.



Mrs J Smith from South Shields, whose grandson has cystic fibrosis, is the lucky winner of the £2,000 first prize. She said: “This is the first time I’ve won anything and it’s a great feeling! I play every year and hoped I’d win at some point. I’m very, very happy with the win.”



A huge number of tickets were sold this year, prompting the Trust to look into how to make it even easier to re-order or even pre-order tickets for the Trust’s upcoming Summer Raffle.



The Trust’s Direct Marketing Executive, Rachael Harris, said “There has been a really fantastic effort from the CF community and I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who bought or sold tickets, or gave a donation, for raising vital funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.



“I’d also like to thank Nadine, Chris, Dominic and little Elliott, who shared their story in our raffle pack and were an essential part of the Raffle’s success.”
