This Saturday from 9am the Cystic Fibrosis Trust’s annual fundraising extravaganza will be back in Dulwich Park, South London, with runs and activities for everyone!
It’s a fantastic day out for families, including a buggy push race, a scooterthon, a junior fun run and a choice of either 5km or 10km races for the adults. Every participant will receive a goody bag and medal, with further prizes for the winners.
Jenny Agutter, Cystic Fibrosis Trust Celebrity Ambassador, said: “By running with Team CF you will help us offer the hope of a brighter future for over 10,000 people across the UK living with cystic fibrosis. So please join us for this fun run and be a part of making it possible for those with cystic fibrosis to lead full and healthy lives.”
You can sign up on the day, and if you don’t feel like getting active, why not come along to watch the races and soak up the atmosphere – you might even bump into Jenny Agutter and other actors from the BBC’s Call the Midwife, or ex-Eastenders star Kellie Shirley. Good luck to everyone taking part!
