Neighbouring labs at the University of Cambridge are combining their expertise to understand more about how the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa causes repeat infections in the lungs of people with CF.
Alyftrek, or vanza triple, is a new triple combination modulator therapy. It is made up of tezacaftor, one of the modulators used in Kaftrio, as well as two new modulators called vanzacaftor and deutivacaftor.
