Living with CF can cause a number of different wellbeing issues. These range from psychological problems such as low mood, anxiety around your health or relationship difficulties, to social issues that may include barriers to participation in things like training and work opportunities, accessing benefits or general lifestyle issues. Although we are all aware of the strong link between physical and mental health we know individuals can still find it difficult to discuss issues relating to emotional wellbeing and mental health. As mental health and wellbeing support can be a sensitive area, we will only ever include your first name, age and region (if applicable) when using your story. If however you would like for your story to be kept completely anonymous

 In completing this form, I give permission (‘consent’) for Cystic Fibrosis Trust to publicly share and use my story to call for improved access to psychologist and social worker support by people with cystic fibrosis. The Trust will protect my information in line with its privacy policy, and not use it for anything else.
