The Government is working on a 10-year plan for the NHS. Cystic Fibrosis Trust is supporting to make sure the voices of people with CF are heard and included. Join us on 6 February to have your say.

The 10-year plan will set out how we create a truly modern health service designed to meet the changing needs of a changing population. This will be focused on the three shifts that the Government, health service, and experts agree need to happen. This includes:

  • moving care from hospitals to communities
  • making better use of technology
  • focusing on preventing sickness, not just treating it.

On 6 February at 6.30pm, we’re holding an online workshop to explain what the Government hopes to achieve with this plan. You will also have a chance to share your thoughts and ideas about how it should work.

During the workshop, we’ll use an easy tool to collect your ideas anonymously. Don’t worry if you haven’t done something like this before – we’ll guide you through it.

This workshop is open to people with CF over the age of 18, and parents/carers of both children and adults with CF under the care of a UK NHS team.  We especially want to hear from people with CF and their families who may not have connected with us before. If you want to take part on 6 February, we just need a few details. This helps us show the NHS that your feedback represents the whole CF community.

By taking part in the workshop, you consent to Cystic Fibrosis Trust sharing any comments you make during the workshop anonymously with the NHS.
