Queen top choice for a cuppa reveals new Cystic Fibrosis Trust Survey

The new survey comes as we launch FeBREWary, our latest fundraising campaign, in which we are encouraging people to host a tea party with friends and family to raise vital funds for life saving research.

Our celebrity ambassador’s Richard Madeley and Jenny Agutter are both supporting FeBREWary, and Jenny said of the campaign: “It’s great to see The Cystic Fibrosis Trust holding their FeBREWary event for a second year running, it is a fantastic opportunity to have a cup of tea with friends, family or colleagues while also fundraising for such a worthy cause. Why don’t you use this as a chance to catch up with someone you haven’t spoken to for a while over a lovely brew?”

Aimee, from Sheffield, who is mum to Harper, a 1-year-old girl with Cystic Fibrosis, hosted an event for FeBREWary last year.

Beverley Burnham-Jones, Head of Community Giving and Events Engagement at the Trust, is encouraging people to get involved, and said: "We hope you’ll pop the kettle on, bake some treats and invite your friends and family to a tea party this FeBREWary. Whether it’s online, round the kitchen table or in your garden – you choose! All money raised will help fund lifesaving research to find treatments for everyone with cystic fibrosis."
