Director of Medical Affairs, Keith Brownlee appears on Leeds Alumni podcast

Dr Keith Brownlee, our Director of Medical Affairs appeared on the University of Leeds Alumni podcast, Leeds Voices, speaking on cystic fibrosis, the work of the Trust and how the treatment of CF has changed throughout his 30 years in the field. You can listen on Spotify, Apple music or online.

Two Strategic Research Centres announced

We announced a £1.4 million co-funding partnership with Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to set up two Strategic Research Centres. One SRC will look at lung magnetic resonance imaging for cystic fibrosis and one will study the pharmacological repair of bicarbonate transport in CF.

Peter Steel set off on epic trek across America for the Trust

One of our supporters, Peter Steel, set off this month on a 3,773 mile journey, starting from Delaware on the East Coast and finishing in California on the West Coast, to raise money for the Trust. Peter is completing the trek with his horse, Ringo, and is hoping to reach California in December this year.
