A cystic fibrosis project within National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) BioResource is currently being set up. Its aim is to create a ‘library’ of genetic information from thousands of individuals with CF. This will be particularly useful to researchers developing treatments for the rare forms of CF, and to tailor personalised treatments for each individual living with CF.
