Introducing our new resource for children affected by CF

We are excited to announce that our new resource for children, Cracking the CF Code, is out now! This resource was completely written by young people in our Youth Advisory Group (YAG), and they use their knowledge and experiences to explain tricky medical words and concepts to 6–9-year olds. Tilly, who is a member of YAG, explains more about the inspiration behind it. 

Cystic Fibrosis Trust reacts to prescription charges freeze

"It will be a relief for many that prescription charges have been frozen for the first time in three years, however, for people with cystic fibrosis, we know that rising costs, on top of the cost of the condition itself, means spending thousands of pounds each year to cover essentials and lost income. We once again ask that the government reviews the exemption list and ends prescription charges for everyone with CF in England to ensure everyone can afford the basics they need to stay well."
